An in-depth course on transforming gardens into butterfly habitat with a focus on the planning and planting habitat for the monarch butterflies. Explore native plants' benefits for wildlife and discover the migration journey of monarch butterflies through collaboration between research scientists and citizen scientists. Everything a gardener needs to establish a garden, from site selection, soil preparation, seed and plant selection, to certifying a monarch waystation will be discussed.
